1989 BMW 325i | London

A 1989 BMW 325i from the E30 generation of the 3 Series. The E30 is known as a compact rear-wheel-drive car with a wide engine range, and its neat 1980s lines still look right today. This car is black with a black interior, a dark, understated combination that lets the location and the light do the talking. Its 2.5-litre petrol engine gives the 325i its place near the top of the E30 range, and the compact, upright shape shows its decade clearly. That period look suits 1980s and early 1990s film and TV scenes, where a black BMW reads at once as the era. Photography and fashion shoots get clean, dark panels that take reflections well, and a music video gets a sharp, modern-for-its-time backdrop. Weddings and personal hires are welcome too. The car is based in London.
