1989 BMW E30 320i | Oldbury, West Midlands

The BMW E30 is the second-generation 3 Series, a compact rear-wheel-drive car built with a wide range of engines. It was liked for fitting generous cabin and boot space into a small footprint, and it came as a saloon, convertible and Touring. This 1989 320i is finished in Black with a grey interior, a restrained pairing that lets the car's upright lines and the location do the talking. It has a 2.0-litre petrol engine and seats four. The straight-edged 1980s shape suits period film and TV scenes and automotive photography. The dark paint gives fashion and editorial shoots a clean, graphic backdrop with no competing colour, and the plain grey cabin keeps music video interiors uncluttered. It also makes a smart, understated car for events, weddings and personal occasions. The car is based in Oldbury, West Midlands.
