1994 Volkswagen Golf Cabriolet | Crawley Down, West Sussex

A 1994 Volkswagen Golf Cabriolet, the open-top Golf that Karmann built for Volkswagen. It is liked for a lined folding roof and the easy, friendly manner of the hatchback it grew from. It seats four. This car is black with a black interior, in good condition. The uniform dark palette gives clean lines and reflections on camera, and it holds its own against bright backdrops. With the roof down the whole cabin is in view, and with it raised the compact shape stays neat. Its open cabin and small footprint suit photography, fashion and editorial work and music videos, as they leave room for the location in frame. A 1990s-set film or TV scene gets a convincing period car, and events can use it for arrivals. Weddings and personal hires work well too. The car is based in Brighton & Hove, West Sussex.
