About this vehicle
1977 MG B GT | Warrington, Cheshire
A 1977 MG B GT is the fixed-roof coupé version of the MGB, liked for its Pininfarina-designed roofline, sloping rear glass and a tailgate that makes it practical. Cars from 1975 onwards, this one included, carry rubber bumpers and sit a little higher than earlier models. It is a familiar sight at British classic-car shows. This car is blue with a black interior and is in excellent condition. The black cabin has a period look that reads clearly on camera, and the 2+2 layout adds a small rear seat. Under the bonnet, the 1800cc engine gives it a gutsy, mechanical character at the wheel. Film and TV work set in the 1970s suits the period cabin and coupé profile. Photographers and fashion and editorial teams get a clean, sloping shape in blue to frame. At events it works as a display car with a recognisable fastback outline. Weddings and personal hires are covered too, for a vintage-themed day or a special occasion. The car is based in Warrington, Cheshire.
