2006 Porsche 911 | London

A 2006 Porsche 911 from the 997 generation, the 911 that brought back oval headlights after the 996 and gave the cabin cues from earlier cars. It keeps the rear-mounted flat-six and the low, curved shape that make a 911 easy to pick out in any street. This car is red with a black interior, in excellent condition. The 3.8-litre engine sits behind the rear axle, and the cabin has four seats. Red paint on that compact body holds its own against grey city streets and green countryside alike. Advertising, photography, and fashion and editorial work suit its low, sculpted profile and strong colour, which carry a frame without props. Music videos and events get a sports car with clear 2000s character, and film or TV set in the mid-2000s can use it as period detail. A wedding or personal hire gets the same look and a driver-focused feel.
