1997 Mercedes-Benz S320 | Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

A 1997 Mercedes-Benz S320, from the W140 generation of S-Class, the large flagship saloon of the 1990s. It is known for a hushed cabin, helped by double-glazed windows and soft-closing doors, and for a long bonnet and broad, upright stance. This car is black with a black interior, a sober, formal pairing that looks smart and understated in shot. It is in very good condition and seats four, so everyone has generous room in a cabin built around comfort. The dark, formal look suits advertising and corporate shoots, and 1990s-set film and TV, where the W140 has appeared on screen in The Transporter. Its tall, clean-sided body gives fashion and editorial photographers a smooth backdrop, and it works for music videos and events that call for a sharp arrival. Weddings and personal hires are covered too. The car is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
