1996 BMW 840Ci Individual | Kidderminster, Worcestershire

A 1996 BMW 840Ci, the V8 grand touring coupé in BMW's E31 8 Series range. It is known for its long, low body, pop-up headlamps and relaxed pace over long distances. Under the bonnet sits a 4.4-litre V8, with four round exhaust tips at the back. This car is the Individual, in green with a white interior, and its condition is excellent. The pale cabin gives a bright, clean setting for passengers and for close-up work. Lower all four side windows and the pillarless body opens right up, so people inside are in clear view. Period film and television suit the 1990s coupé shape, and the low roofline and pop-up headlamps read clearly on camera. Fashion, editorial and advertising shoots can build on the green and white pairing. Music videos can use the open-sided look with the windows down. Weddings and personal hires get a comfortable grand tourer for the day. The car is based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.
