1999 BMW 540i | Wrexham

A 1999 BMW 540i, the V8-powered, rear-drive version of the E39 5 Series. It is liked for a calm executive manner with a distinctive V8 note underneath, and an E39 540i appeared in BMW's short film Chosen. This car is Green with a Cream interior, a soft, period pairing that looks warm in daylight and on camera. Under the bonnet is a 4.4-litre V8, the engine that gives the model its quiet performance character. The understated lines keep attention on the people and the location around it. For film and TV it suits late-1990s and early-2000s scenes, where an executive car with a V8 behind it fits the story. Photographers and editorial teams get a restrained performance car in place of a flashy one, and event arrivals gain a discreet alternative to a limousine. Weddings and personal hires are well within its range. The car is based in Wrexham.
