1962 Austin Healey 3000 | Coventry, Warwickshire

A 1962 Austin Healey 3000, the muscular British sports car known as the Big Healey. It has a long bonnet and a straight-six engine driving the rear wheels, and the model competed in major races and rallies. It is liked for strong, unfussy pace and a proper sports-car stance. This car is finished in Grey with a Red interior, a quiet body colour that lets the chrome and sweeping lines show clearly. The red cabin gives close-up and interior shots a warm contrast. Its 3000cc engine has a deep exhaust note, and the car seats five. Condition is very good. Film and television sets in the 1960s gain a roadster that looks right for the era. Photography, fashion and editorial shoots get a calm grey body against which the red trim stands out. Music videos and events can use the engine note and the open sports-car shape. Weddings and personal hires get a stylish arrival. The car is based in Coventry, Warwickshire.
