About this vehicle
2005 Aston Martin DB9 Volante | Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire
A 2005 Aston Martin DB9 Volante is the open-top version of Aston Martin's V12 grand tourer, liked for its relaxed long-distance manner. Its folding fabric roof opens in 17 seconds. DB9 development cars also appeared in Casino Royale. This car is silver with a blue leather interior, a calm pairing that suits its long, sculpted bodywork. It has a 6000cc V12 and seats four, and with the roof down the engine note becomes part of the experience. Condition is very good. On a shoot, the silver paint and smooth curves hold reflections well, which helps advertising, photography and fashion and editorial work. The open cockpit keeps people in clear view for music videos and events, and the sleek GT shape suits spy-flavoured film and TV. Weddings and personal hires get a grand arrival. The car is based in Swansea, Pembrokeshire.
