2000 TVR Chimaera | Pitstone, Buckinghamshire

This is a TVR Chimaera, the British V8 roadster that TVR built from 1991 to 2003. It is known for its smooth, rounded bodywork and a Rover-based V8 with a muscular voice. About 6,000 were built. This car is finished in silver with deep blue upholstery, two colours that read well as a camera moves from the bodywork into the cabin. The silver picks up light along the full length of the curves, and the car is in excellent condition. Its 4500cc V8 gives a deep, rolling exhaust note. Film and television productions get a low, curved profile and a V8 soundtrack that give a scene sporting British character.
