1998 Porsche 911 Carrera | Delamere and Oakmere, Cheshire

A 1998 Porsche 911 Carrera, the rear-engined sports coupé known for its sloping roofline and flat-six engine note. The 911 has long been liked as a car you can actually use, with a cabin that is practical as well as sporty. This car is finished in Ocean Jade Metallic Green over a grey leather interior that has been well preserved. Its 3387cc flat-six drives through an automatic gearbox, unusual in a sports car that typically came with a manual, and it keeps repeated takes and repositioning simple. It seats four, and its condition is very good, with careful maintenance behind it. For film and television set in the late 1990s, the car's year and clean lines give it period credibility. Fashion and editorial photographers get a low coupé shape that frames well and a green that reads clearly against most backdrops. Weddings and personal hires suit its understated style. The car is based in Chester, Cheshire.
