2017 LTI TX4 Taxi | London

A 2017 LTI TX4, the purpose-built London taxi that kept the familiar black cab shape into the 2010s. It is built for passengers, with a low sill, wide-opening doors and a swivel seat. Specially prepared TX4s were part of the 2012 Olympic closing ceremony, where the Spice Girls performed on them. This car is black with a grey interior, the colouring most people picture when they think of a London cab. Its tall, upright body gives plenty of headroom and a clear view of the cabin, and it seats five. Film and television productions can use it as a London cab on location, and photographers and editorial teams get a silhouette that reads as the city straight away. Its roomy cabin and wide doors also work for guest transport at events. Weddings and personal hires are well served too. The car is based in London.
