1965 Morris Minor Convertible | Woking, Surrey

A 1965 Morris Minor Convertible, the open-top Tourer version of the small, round-faced British family car nicknamed the Moggy. It is liked for its friendly shape, light direct steering and folding fabric roof. This car is blue with a matching blue interior, and its chrome brightwork stands out against the single body colour. It is in good condition, has a 1000cc engine and seats five. With the roof folded back, the cabin is open to the camera and the rounded sides read clearly in shot. The 1960s lines suit period film and television, fashion and editorial shoots, and advertising built around post-war British charm. Photographers get bright chrome detail against one colour, and the open top gives events a relaxed arrival. Weddings and personal days out suit it too. The car is based in Woking, Surrey.
