1999 Mercedes-Benz SL320 | Witham, Essex

A 1999 Mercedes-Benz SL320 from the R129 generation of the SL roadster. The model is liked for its long bonnet, steeply raked windscreen and relaxed grand-touring manner. It has a folding fabric roof and a detachable hardtop. This car is finished in Brilliant Silver, with grey leather seats and a Morron soft top. It is a restrained mix that reads as understated 1990s wealth. The 3200cc engine drives smoothly, and the car is in excellent condition. With the roof folded it is open and bright, and with the hardtop fitted the profile turns sleek and coupe-like. Its crisp lines and upright Mercedes grille suit advertising and film or TV work set in the 1990s. The silver paint takes light cleanly for photography, fashion and editorial shoots, and the grey cabin keeps a tidy backdrop in frame. It also makes a polished arrival for a wedding or an anniversary. The car is based in Witham, Essex.
