2008 Mazda Mx5 | Chedworth, Gloucestershire

The Mazda MX-5 is a compact, rear-wheel-drive roadster, liked for its light handling and cheerful character. This 2008 car comes from the third generation, built on a bodyshell much stiffer than the one before it. This example is finished in grey with a black interior, a restrained pairing that lets the location and wardrobe carry the colour in a frame. It has the 2.0-litre petrol engine, the larger of the two offered in Europe. Two seats keep driver and passenger close together and clearly in view, and the short, low body leaves plenty of room in shot for the scene behind. Photography, fashion and editorial shoots and music videos suit the clean roadster proportions and the neutral paint. At events the car is easy to place and photograph from any angle. For a wedding or a personal hire, it gives a couple a relaxed, sporty arrival. The car is based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire.
