1999 Jeep XJ Cherokee | Buckinghamshire

The Jeep Cherokee XJ is the compact American 4x4 that helped shape the modern SUV. It is liked for its square-edged body, solid axles and the 4.0-litre inline-six, a combination that made it a favourite on and off the tarmac. This car is green with a grey interior and is in very good condition, with a clean, well-kept look. It has the 4.0-litre engine and Hella spotlights on the front, a period touch that suits its 1990s age. The upright, flat-sided shape reads clearly in frame and gives a crew plenty of car to work around. Period film and TV set in the 1980s or 1990s gets a believable American utility vehicle, while advertising and photography benefit from its simple, boxy lines. The green paint and spotlights give fashion, editorial and music video shoots a rugged outdoor feel, and the 4x4 look sits well at countryside events. It also suits a wedding or personal hire. The car is based in Buckinghamshire.
