1993 Jeep Wrangler | Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

A 1993 Jeep Wrangler from the first generation of the name, known as the YJ. It is easy to pick out by its square headlamps, upright open body and short wheelbase, and it was built to be wider and steadier on the road than the CJ before it. Jurassic Park used YJ-era Jeeps, so the shape carries a film connection. This car is Beige with a Green interior, a soft, earthy pairing that sits well against fields, woodland and brick. It has the 2.5-litre petrol four-cylinder engine. The flat sides and tall, boxy outline read clearly on camera and leave the surroundings visible around it. That makes it a good match for outdoor photography, advertising, fashion and editorial shoots in rural settings, and 1990s-set film and TV, where the square lamps place it in the period. Its rugged American look also stands out in music videos and at events. Weddings and personal hires are covered too. The car is based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
