2001 Jaguar Sovereign | Oxfordshire

The Sovereign is the luxury specification of the Jaguar XJ saloon, known for polished brightwork, wood veneer and leather in a comfort-led, formal cabin. It pairs traditional Jaguar styling with a long, low saloon profile. This car is finished in Blue with a Cream interior, a soft pairing that photographs well against stone, brick and greenery. It has a 4.0-litre petrol engine. Inside and out it is unusually well kept for its years, so close shots of the paintwork and seats hold up. The saloon suits advertising, photography, fashion and editorial shoots, and film and TV work that needs a British luxury saloon from the early 2000s. Its light cream trim also brightens interior shots taken through the doors. For weddings and special occasions it makes a dignified arrival car. The car is based in Oxfordshire.
