A 1985 Ford Escort XR3 Cabriolet, the Karmann-built open-top version of the front-wheel-drive Escort. The Escort was Britain's best-selling car for eight years from 1982, and the XR3 added a sporty edge to the family hatchback. The Cabriolet gives that everyday shape a soft top.
