1996 Ferrari F355 Spider | Solihull, West Midlands

The Ferrari F355 Spider is the open-top version of Ferrari's compact, mid-engined V8 sports car. It is liked for its high-revving 3.5-litre engine and its electric soft top, which folds almost flush with the rear deck and keeps the lines clean with the roof down. This car is finished in black with a black interior, a low, sleek combination that gives reflections and shadow plenty to play with. It is in excellent condition, and its two seats keep driver and passenger in clear view with the roof open. It is left-hand drive: the driver sits on the kerb side, so the front passenger steps out on the road side, and the car carries a continental look. Photography, fashion and editorial shoots and music videos suit that low shape and open cabin. Film and television work set in the 1990s gains a period Ferrari, and event displays keep the full profile with the roof folded away. It also makes a striking wedding or birthday car. It is based in Solihull, West Midlands.
