About this vehicle
1989 BMW E30 M3 | Bagshot, Surrey
The BMW E30 M3 is the first M3, a two-door 3 Series reworked so BMW could go touring-car racing. It is known for its flared arches, flatter rear screen and raised boot lid, and for a high-revving 2.3-litre four-cylinder that rewards a keen driver. This 1989 car is red with a grey interior, trimmed in custom leather, and it runs BBS RS wheels under those wide arches. It carries other modifications too, and its condition is excellent. It is left-hand drive: the driver sits on the kerb side, so a front passenger steps out on the road side. The boxy late-1980s shape gives film and TV work a clear period identity. Red paint and flared bodywork hold the eye in photography, advertising and music video, and at events the car works well as an arrival or display piece. A wedding or special occasion suits it too. It is based in Bagshot, Surrey.
