1989 BMW E30 | Verwood, Dorset

A 1989 BMW E30, the second-generation 3 Series, known and liked for its compact rear-wheel-drive engineering and wide range of engines. Its tidy proportions and clean, upright lines place it firmly in the 1980s. This car is finished in Gold with a Cream interior, a warm, soft pairing that reads clearly as late 1980s and sits easily against brick, stone or green countryside. It has a 2.0-litre petrol engine, which gives it the everyday BMW character of the range. Period film and TV work gets a convincing 1989 car, and the Gold paintwork gives photographers and advertising crews a distinctive colour to frame. Fashion and editorial shoots can use the Cream interior as a bright backdrop, and music videos get a clean 1980s shape. It also works for a wedding or a special day out. The car is based in Verwood, Dorset.
