2003 Audi RS6 | Yalding, Kent

A 2003 Audi RS6, the quattro GmbH performance version of the A6. Its twin-turbo 4.2-litre V8 makes 450 PS and drives all four wheels. The model is liked for how little it shows: flared arches, deeper bumpers and oval exhausts are the main clues to what sits beneath a restrained A6 shape. This car is red with a grey interior. The red gives the understated body a strong line against brick, stone or tarmac, while the grey cabin is calm and easy to light for interior shots. It seats five. Its flared arches and quiet detailing suit advertising and photography, where the colour reads clearly, and film, TV and music video work set in the 2000s, the decade of the RS6 itself. Fashion and editorial shoots get a sharp, modern backdrop, and events gain a confident arrival car. It also suits a wedding or personal hire. The car is based in Yalding, Kent.
