2006 Audi RS4 | Millom, Cumbria

An Audi RS4 from 2006, the high-performance A4 that surprised drivers by being as engaging as it was secure. The model's naturally aspirated 4.2-litre V8 makes 420PS at 7,800rpm and keeps pulling to 8,250rpm, with quattro four-wheel drive underneath. This car is blue with a black interior, a cool, understated pairing. The RS4 look is purposeful rather than loud: flared wheel arches, aluminium front wings and bonnet, and large side intakes that give it presence in shot. The dark cabin makes a clean backdrop for interior and close-up frames. That restrained stance suits automotive photography, advertising and music videos, where a modern performance car needs to look quick standing still. It also makes a quietly confident arrival at an event. Weddings and personal hires suit it for anyone who wants a fast Audi on the day. The car is based in Carlisle, Cumbria.
